M365 Program Lead

General Position Summary

The M365 Program Lead is a lead role in the administration and management of M365. Oversees, coordinates, and manages changes coming from Microsoft as well as changes being performed within WoodmenLife.  Maintains an in-depth view of M365 and provide efficient planning, coordination, communication and visibility to stakeholders, subject matter experts, business partners, and administrative support.

What we are looking for:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the M365 products and technical infrastructure including administrative layout, security policies, settings, test environment, archival methods, etc.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing a collaboration platform.
  • 4-5 years of experience managing projects in a complex IT environment.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and their relation to one another for management of our Microsoft program.
  • In-depth knowledge of Conditional Access Policies.
  • Experienced in PowerShell scripting.
  • Skilled in eDiscovery processes and procedures.
  • Experience creating technology roadmaps and considering business requirements.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience optimizing contracts and license entitlements.
  • Experience driving technology adoption and reporting on workplace productivity.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes.
