This is a paid internship that may lead into future opportunities with WoodmenLife.

Commitment: 30-40 hours per week


POSITION PURPOSE: Is to support our recruiting efforts in hiring new Sales Representatives for WoodmenLife.

We are currently searching for an intern to join our Human Resources department this year. You will be working in a creative, fast paced and professional setting. The internship training provides the chance to gain knowledge in the Human Resources area but could apply to many other fields. In this roles you will help Human Resources support our sales team in our recruiting efforts.

What we are looking for:
Work in Human Resources to assist the sales team in developing a strategy to build a pipeline of talent.

Able to connect and screen sales professionals using all types of communications (phone, text, and email).

Extreme familiarity with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc)

Have a GPA 3.5 or above (preferred)

Be a Strategic thinker

Have attention to detail

Show initiative, self-starter, highly motivated

Experience with MS Office (especially Word and Excel)

The desire to be a part of the culture that is WoodmenLife

Past internship experience in Human Resources, Marketing, PR, or Communications (preferred)

Have strong WiFi, you’ll be working from home
